Free shipping on all orders over 150. When you shop with us, you will receive your order through DHL.

Freight for Europe: €15 for orders up to €149

Freight for Rest of World: €20 for orders up to €149

Delivery time

Delivery time is normally 1-3 working days after the package is sent from us. During periods of high demand, the delivery time may be somewhat longer. If you have not received your package within 12 days, you as a customer are responsible for contacting us. After one month, the item is considered delivered.

You are responsible for providing the correct e-mail and telephone number when ordering. Be aware that mail can end up in the spam filter, so you may want to check the spam.


If there is a defect with the item, you have the right to make a complaint for 2 years from the time you received the item. This presupposes that you notify us within a reasonable time and that you submit a receipt and / or order number stating that the item has been purchased from us. The right to make a complaint lapses if the product has been used abnormally or washed incorrectly.

For card payments, the money will be transferred to the payment card you used when you placed the order. The transaction takes place through Stripe, and you can expect it to take between 4-10 days before the money is back on your payment card.
